1. Service Description
SevisGo ("we," "us," or "our") provides a payment facilitation service that helps international students in Ghana pay the I-901 SEVIS fee required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). We act as a third-party intermediary, collecting payment from students in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and paying the SEVIS fee on their behalf on the official fmjfee.com website.
2. Not Affiliated with U.S. Government
SevisGo is an independent, private service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), or any other U.S. government agency. Our service facilitates payment through authorized third-party payment channels as permitted by DHS policy.
3. User Responsibilities
By using SevisGo, you agree to: provide accurate personal information and SEVIS details; upload a valid SEVIS coupon generated from fmjfee.com; make timely payment through our platform; and verify all information before submitting your application.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are processed through Paystack in Ghana Cedis. The total amount includes the SEVIS fee (converted from USD at our posted exchange rate) plus our service fee. Once the SEVIS fee has been submitted to DHS on fmjfee.com, it is non-refundable as per DHS policy. If the fee has not yet been submitted, refunds may be issued minus any transaction fees.
5. Processing Time
We aim to process SEVIS fee payments within 1–24 hours after receiving confirmed payment. However, processing times may vary due to factors beyond our control. SevisGo is not liable for delays caused by DHS systems, banking processes, or force majeure events.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the personal information necessary to process your SEVIS fee payment. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to complete your SEVIS fee payment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
SevisGo's total liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid. We are not liable for visa application outcomes, DHS processing decisions, or any indirect or consequential damages.
